Cost
For benefits consultants, advisers and providers entering on behalf of employer clients:
First Entry: £299 + VAT
Subsequent Entries: £159 + VAT
We do not charge an entry fee for employers and our 2012 awards
sponsors.
Charity
We also encourage entrants to make a charity donation to Samaritans with their submission. We have selected this charity in recognition of the support it offers to employers dealing with stress in the workplace. If you wish to make a donation to Samaritans please send your cheque
(made payable to ‘Samaritans’) to:

Amending an Entry
If you have already registered on our website and wish to amend or submit your entry(ies) please click here to log back in to your profile.
Entries may be edited up until the point of submission; all submissions must be made by Friday 13th January 2012. Please note only submitted entries will proceed to the judging stage. Entries will not be considered fully submitted until you have proceeded to the payment stage and selected a payment method.
IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO AMEND OR SUBMIT ENTRIES AFTER FRIDAY 13th JANUARY 2012.
