Most effective use of reward as part of a corporate social responsibility strategy
This new award will celebrate employers who have integrated benefits into their corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy. You may have launched a payroll giving scheme, included carbon offsetting in your flexible benefits package, or taken steps to improve the green credentials of your fleet. In particular, the judges will examine how your scheme has been communicated to staff, and how well it has been integrated with the organisation's overall CSR strategy.
