Rosemary joined Nationwide in 1996 and has specialised in employee benefits since 2006 including managing and developing the flexible and voluntary benefits offering, total reward statements, employee discounts, ‘fruitful’ recognition module, company car policy and the long service scheme.
Rosemary previously worked in a variety of personnel roles with Nationwide including rewards, job evaluation, occupational health, absence management, pensions and HR systems.
Prior to joining the Society, Rosemary held specialist and generalist roles primarily in retail staff management, training and recruitment.
Rosemary is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
