Please note that the entry process has been revised since the 2007 Awards. Please ensure that you read the following information carefully and follow the steps to ensure that your entry is submitted in the correct format. Click here to view our FAQ.
How to enter
- Please complete a Category Entry Form and a General Entry Form for each category, by typing in the boxes. Both forms can be downloaded under each category. NB You will need to complete a copy of both forms for each entry, even if the same scheme is being entered for different categories.
- Make sure that you have completed the charity donations section of the entry form if you wish to make a donation to Samaritans.
- Supply THREE copies of any employee communication materials where relevant, so that the judges can examine them, on request, at the final judging round. The exceptions to this are 'Communications strategy of the year' and 'Most effective use of online media categories', where SEVEN copies of all supporting material will be required per entry. The only accompanying documentation that will be allowed are employee communication materials e.g. benefits handbook. Please note that the judges will only see this supporting material at the final judging session.
- Post the forms and any accompanying employee communication materials to Employee Benefits Awards 2008 c/o Anna Hartwell, Centaur Events, St Giles House, 50 Poland Street, London W1F 7AX by 5.30pm on Monday 11th January 2008.

- No responsibility will be accepted by the organiser for entries lost, delayed or mislaid in the post or elsewhere. Entries will not be accepted for judging unless accompanied by the correct entry form(s).
